We have been tracking the Covid-19 virus’s impact, and many doctors here in New Zealand, in particular, are not currently seeing their patients in person.
If this is your practice’s situation, we recognise that the MedImage app becomes temporarily redundant. If you are currently paying our regular bandwidth payments, using the AJ servers, we would like to extend an offer to have a bandwidth ‘payment holiday‘ during this period. Please get in touch with us, and we’ll arrange this for you.
As an alternative means of carrying on with a similar service, our parent organisation, AtomJump, have released a Beta of a direct doctor / patient online messaging service. This lets a doctor and patient have a chat-based discussion, where a patient can upload a photo of themselves, or can go to a video link.

In the future we would also like to add the capability to export any photos /discussion directly into your MedImage Server, so that they appear in e.g. your MedTech system.
