AtomJump Ltd. which publishes MedImage, has won CorporateLiveWire’s international 2026 “Healthcare Technology Company of the Year” award. We’re honoured to have won this award, particularly considering it is such a broad category.
MedImage started with some feedback from a local Christchurch, New Zealand-based GP (Robert Seddon-Smith), who expressed a desire to be able to take photos with his phone, and get them easily added into his patient record system. With some further development it turned into the multiple faceted platform that it has become today.
We can’t stress enough that there are so many ‘nameless’ parties who develop web browsers and software libraries/languages that we use, and in many ways we’re only putting a cherry on the cake. Our job is to organise the parts underneath and make it user-friendly.
In the coming year we’re aiming to make integration into a popular PMS system in New Zealand, MedTech, more streamlined, with an optional ‘official’ API integration. We’re also hoping to expand further overseas, and find more users for our Wound Mapp product. Thanks for the feedback you’ve all provided to date to make MedImage the product that it is today.
